How to send a notice
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) a notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorised to act for the copyright owner.
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The material on our service you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it (date, time and stream, or a link).
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Counter-notices
If we removed something you believe was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the details listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
We remove the hosting and on-air access of any host or contributor who repeatedly infringes copyright.
